Are you an HVAC-experienced trade professional or Building Manager who enjoys overseeing complex mechanical and hydraulic building systems in a large education or campus environment?
Box Hill Institute is seeking an experienced Building Services & Mechanical Systems Officer to help manage and optimise critical mechanical and HVAC, hydraulic and plumbing, and vertical transport systems across our multi-campus education facilities.
This is an autonomous, technically focused role providing oversight of complex building systems and applying sound technical judgement to monitor asset performance, diagnose faults, and determine the appropriate management and rectification approach to support safe, reliable and sustainable campus operations.
